About the role

Join Xplor Technologies as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the Australian market. You will lead outbound prospecting, help shape the APAC sales playbook, and build a high‑quality pipeline of qualified opportunities while working fully remote.

Key responsibilities

• Lead outbound prospecting efforts across Australia.
• Develop and refine the APAC sales playbook based on market learnings.
• Provide feedback on regional market dynamics and customer needs.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborate with the global team to adapt successful strategies for APAC.
• Manage sales activities and account information in HubSpot CRM.

Required profile

• 1+ years of sales experience with high‑volume phone work.
• Strong phone presence and disciplined work ethic.
• Comfortable with cold calling and overcoming objections.
• Empathetic, service‑oriented approach to problem solving.

Required skills

• HubSpot CRM proficiency.
• Outbound cold‑calling experience.
