Account Manager VIC

About the role

Noumi Limited is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its Victorian Sales team and help grow its portfolio, including MILKLAB, across the foodservice market. This is a highly autonomous role acting as the main link between Noumi and its distributor network, building commercial relationships, driving distribution and finding new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with distributor owners, managers and sales teams.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive distribution, volume and sales revenue.
• Deliver against monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Drive promotional activity and product ranging across the distributor network.
• Identify and develop new business with key end-user accounts and work with larger state and national customers to grow product ranging.
• Train and educate distributor teams on the Noumi portfolio.
• Represent Noumi at trade shows and industry events.
• Maintain customer activity and opportunities through the CRM.
• Work with the wider Sales team to meet state and national objectives.

Required profile

• Previous account management, territory management or B2B sales experience.
• FMCG experience, ideally in foodservice, beverage or a distributor environment.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and influencing skills, and a track record of sales growth.
• Strong planning, organisation and territory management skills; confident working autonomously.
• A genuine passion for the food and coffee industry.
• Tertiary qualification in Business or Marketing is desirable.

Required skills

• Strong Excel, PowerPoint and CRM capability.
