Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company as a Sales Development Representative, the first point of contact for businesses adopting a next‑generation Project Management and Business Centralisation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic research to identify and qualify ideal customer profiles and key decision‑makers.
• Execute high‑volume, personalised outbound campaigns via cold calling, email and LinkedIn.
• Qualify prospects using sales methodologies such as BANT or MEDDIC.
• Book and hand off qualified discovery calls to the Account Executive team.
• Maintain meticulous records of activities and interactions in Salesforce.
• Provide feedback to Marketing and Sales on messaging effectiveness and market receptivity.

Required profile

• Relentless drive and tenacity with a strong desire to exceed monthly targets.
• Exceptional phone presence and ability to craft concise, professional written communications.
• Genuine interest in B2B SaaS and understanding of ERP/Project Management platforms.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage a large pipeline of leads.
• At least 6 months experience in sales, business development or a high‑volume customer‑facing role.

What we offer

• Base salary $70,000‑$85,000 plus superannuation.
• On‑target earnings $100,000‑$115,000 uncapped.
