Sales Development Representative

About the role

The Sales Development Representative will source new sales opportunities for ELMO Software, focusing on outbound calls and follow‑up of inbound leads. You will generate fresh leads and act on warm leads from marketing to grow the sales pipeline.

Key responsibilities

• React to inbound demo requests and content downloads while proactively prospecting via calls, emails and social media.
• Identify and research suitable prospects, build relationships and move leads through the sales pipeline.
• Conduct consultative selling to match client needs with ELMO products or services.
• Route qualified opportunities to Business Development Managers for closure.
• Maintain data integrity by tracking all indicators in Salesforce.
• Stay informed on new products, pricing and schedule customers for regional events.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in sales development, outbound sales or similar role.
• Open to candidates on a Working Holiday Visa with relevant outbound sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads, build pipeline and meet performance targets.
• Strong communication skills across phone, email and presentations.
• Self‑motivated, resilient and able to build long‑term customer relationships.
