Sales Development Representative

About the role

Procore is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its high‑performing sales team in Sydney. You will learn the construction industry and Procore’s SaaS product while creating new business opportunities and supporting Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities and partner with Account Executives to meet monthly sales quotas.
• Engage construction professionals via phone, email and other channels to understand challenges and propose solutions.
• Conduct pre‑call research, make a high volume of calls daily, and nurture existing leads.
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and collaborate with sales management on target lists, call strategies and messaging.
• Identify process improvements, contribute to training, and help optimise the use of technology.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or a strong desire to build a career in sales.

Required skills
