Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Eftsure’s fast‑growing fintech team and help protect the B2B payments ecosystem from fraud. As a Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact, sparking conversations with finance decision‑makers and qualifying leads for the Business Development Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to CFOs, Financial Controllers and Finance Managers via phone, email and LinkedIn with personalized outreach.
• Qualify cold and warm leads and turn them into meaningful opportunities for BDM partners.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to design smart campaigns and creative strategies.
• Manage time effectively, prioritising high‑impact activities and refining outreach tactics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a BDR or SDR role, preferably in a fast‑moving SaaS or tech environment.
• Natural communicator with a hunter mindset, resilient to rejection and target‑driven.
• Comfortable engaging senior finance professionals or eager to learn how.
• Self‑motivated, organised and takes ownership of performance.
