Entry-Level Sales Development Representative

About the role

WOW Recruitment is seeking an entry‑level Sales Development Representative to kick‑start a career in B2B sales. You will focus on outbound lead generation, work closely with senior account executives, and earn commissions with uncapped upside.

Key responsibilities

• Generate outbound leads and qualify prospects.
• Collaborate with senior account executives to book meetings.
• Use CRM and sales tools to manage outreach, follow‑ups and data hygiene.
• Participate in structured training on sales techniques, product knowledge and objection handling.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, outbound sales, retail or direct sales.
• Confident and persuasive on the phone with strong written communication.
• Highly organised, KPI‑driven and comfortable in a target‑oriented environment.
• Completed a bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline.
• Interest in B2B sales, coachable and resilient.
