Sales Development Representative

About the role

HealthScreen is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for individuals and corporate prospects interested in preventive health programs. You will guide prospects through our offerings, answer questions confidently, and convert interest into booked appointments.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery calls with prospective clients, clearly explaining programs, pricing and process.
• Handle objections ethically and convert qualified leads into booked appointments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot and track outreach activity.
• Research target corporate accounts, make outbound calls and book meetings for senior sales.

Required profile

• 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, SDR, inside sales or phone‑based roles.
• Strong communication and objection‑handling skills, comfortable working to activity and revenue targets.
• Full Australian working rights.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.

What we offer

• Base salary $70,000‑$80,000 plus super, with uncapped commission bringing OTE to $95,000‑$110,000.
