Sales Development Representative

About the role

Join Clipboard, part of the Compass Education Group, to help schools across Australia, New Zealand and Asia improve their extracurricular programs. As a Sales Development Representative you will generate new business opportunities and book discovery meetings for Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic outbound campaigns via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to generate leads from schools.
• Conduct discovery calls to understand prospects' challenges and schedule qualified meetings.
• Represent Clipboard at education events and conferences to build brand awareness.
• Maintain accurate prospect data in HubSpot CRM and collaborate on outreach strategies.
• Meet and exceed monthly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of sales, prospecting or customer‑facing experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a performance‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills and resilience to handle rejection.
• Coachable mindset with a genuine interest in SaaS and education technology.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM system (HubSpot preferred).
• Research and data‑entry proficiency.
