Key responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients across target industries via phone.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound enquiries.
• Qualify prospects based on needs, challenges and suitability.
• Book high‑quality discovery meetings for senior business development team members.
• Re‑engage previous enquiries and dormant opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and complete follow‑up activities within agreed timeframes.
