Sales Development Representative – Hybrid (Sydney)

About the role

Rimini Street is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join its Sydney team. The position is hybrid, combining remote work with office time, and focuses on generating qualified leads for the company’s enterprise software support services.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and send emails to qualify prospects and set appointments.
• Handle inbound inquiries from customers and prospects, qualifying them for the sales pipeline.
• Articulate Rimini Street’s value proposition and address initial objections.
• Achieve monthly quotas for highly qualified leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Maintain a daily territory plan, including pre‑call research and adherence to call metrics.
• Use tools such as Salesforce.com, Discover.org, One Source and Inside View to manage leads.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting measurable lead‑generation goals.
• Experience generating C‑suite level leads for enterprise‑focused companies.
• Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment.
• Strong communication skills, confident and credible when speaking with decision‑makers.
