About the role

Attentive is seeking a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified meetings with target brands. As the first point of contact, you will research prospects, conduct outreach, and set up Account Executives for success.

Key responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential customers for Attentive’s AI‑powered multi‑product solution.
  • Execute outreach via email, LinkedIn, and outbound calls to schedule meetings for Account Executives.
  • Engage with C‑level and VP‑level executives at leading companies.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align product messaging with revenue goals.

Required profile

  • Intelligent, curious and driven to succeed in tech startups and sales.
  • Hard‑working, persistent and willing to put in extra time to achieve results.
  • Motivated by metrics and uncapped commission.
  • Open to coaching and training.

Required skills

  • Strong research and lead generation abilities.
  • Effective written and verbal communication for email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach.
  • Ability to build relationships with senior executives.
