Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Software

About the role

Join StreamLine Partners as a Sales Development Representative to build the pipeline for our consulting and licensing business. You will research target organisations, contact senior IT and service‑management leaders, and book qualified meetings while maintaining accurate CRM records.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify target organisations in healthcare, government, pharmaceuticals and higher education.
• Cold‑call senior IT and service‑management leaders, book qualified meetings and ensure no leads fall through the cracks.
• Maintain the CRM with complete records, follow outreach sequences and keep data accurate.
• Collaborate daily with the Sales and Growth Partner in the Melbourne office, seeing the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract.

Required profile

• Confident in holding conversations with senior decision‑makers and resilient to initial rejections.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail in CRM usage.
• Curious about enterprise software purchasing processes and eager to learn on the job.
• Existing Australian work rights.

What we offer

• $80,000 base salary plus superannuation.
• $100 commission for each qualified meeting, uncapped and paid monthly.
