Sales Development Representative – APAC Growth

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to drive growth across the Australian and Singaporean markets. You will act as the frontline ambassador for a leading sales consultancy, engaging senior finance leaders and building a pipeline for financial technology and consultancy services.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50‑80 high‑quality outbound calls daily to C‑suite finance leaders (CFOs, Finance Directors, VPs of Finance).
• Qualify leads to strict “Magic35” standards and book discovery meetings for the consultant team.
• Research and target prospects in FinTech, SaaS, Manufacturing and Insurance sectors.
• Generate and manage leads for key industry events in the APAC region.
• Use Salesloft and Salesforce to track outreach, maintain data integrity and manage leads.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional sales experience with a proven outbound prospecting record.
• Extensive experience selling directly to finance leadership (CFOs, Finance Directors, Heads of Financial Transformation).
• Ability to work Australian business hours while based in APAC or South Africa.
• Exceptional communication skills, preferably with an Australian accent.
