Sales Development Representative - 100% Remote (ANZ)

About the role

Hostaway, an AI-powered vacation rental management platform trusted by 20,000+ property managers, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the APAC market. This is a fully remote role open to candidates living in Australia or New Zealand, covering the full lead lifecycle: prospecting new accounts outbound, responding quickly to inbound interest and reviving leads that have gone quiet.

Key responsibilities

• Research target accounts and decision-makers in the APAC market, then prospect via cold calling, email or social selling to generate qualified leads.
• Respond quickly to inbound leads (demo requests, web enquiries, content downloads, event sign-ups) and qualify them to book meetings where there is a fit.
• Revive previously interested leads (closed-lost, stalled conversations, past demo attendees, dormant contacts) and tailor messaging to restart the conversation.
• Use CRM notes and activity history to personalise outreach and avoid repeat touchpoints.
• Communicate the value proposition clearly and balance daily activity across outbound, inbound and re-engagement pipelines.

Required profile

• B2B SaaS outbound sales experience; inbound exposure is an advantage.
• Proven track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong prospecting and cold calling skills, with the ability to build rapport over phone and email.
• Able to qualify inbound leads quickly and rekindle cold prospects.
• Fluent English; a second language is advantageous.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and sales engagement tools (e.g. Outreach, SalesLoft) is a plus.
