Sales Consultant – Residential Home Sales

About the role

Clarendon Homes is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join the Springfield Rise display village, a high‑traffic, fast‑growing estate in South‑East Queensland. You will represent the brand at the display centre, guiding customers from their first enquiry through to a signed contract while delivering a premium experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full customer journey – from initial enquiry, site visits and design presentations to contract signing.
• Present home designs, inclusions and upgrade options confidently and persuasively.
• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets while upholding Clarendon Homes’ quality and brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in residential home sales or a closely related sales role.
• Strong communication, presentation and closing abilities.
• Results‑driven, organised and self‑motivated with a customer‑first mindset.
• Willingness to work weekends as required.
