Sales Associate – Full‑Time at Westfield Sydney

About the role

The Sales Associate will drive store sales and embody the ALO brand mission by delivering an authentic, organic experience for every guest. You will use deep product knowledge and genuine connection to educate customers about ALO’s community, culture, and offerings across retail, yoga, and café.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales goals by leading ALO’s Flow initiatives and optimizing store productivity.
• Create a friendly, easy‑to‑shop environment and build lasting client relationships.
• Analyze sales reports with leadership to develop action plans and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure effective floor coverage, visual merchandising, and product replenishment.
• Introduce all facets of the ALO business model (Retail, Yoga, Café) to guests and staff.
• Resolve customer needs quickly, maintaining high satisfaction.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Passion for exceptional customer service and alignment with ALO’s guiding principles.
• Self‑motivated, team‑oriented, and able to work a rotating roster including weekends.
• Physical ability to lift 10‑15 kg, stand, move, and perform store tasks throughout the shift.
