Sales Assistant (Casual) – Bayswater

About the role

We are looking for a casual Sales Assistant to join our Anaconda store in Bayswater. You will help create memorable shopping experiences by delivering excellent customer service and sharing your passion for outdoor adventure.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection, provide advice and answer queries.
• Process sales transactions efficiently at the register.
• Maintain store presentation by restocking, merchandising and ensuring a clean, organised environment.
• Support team members across different departments to achieve sales targets.
• Contribute to a welcoming atmosphere for all shoppers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude with a passion for outdoor products.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly approach.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail setting.
• Flexible availability for casual shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential – training will be provided.
