Sales Account Manager – Sydney (Jan 2027 start)

About the role

Fresha is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join its Commercial team in Sydney. The role is office‑based at the Kent Street location and will start in January 2027, offering the chance to secure a position before the new year begins.

Key responsibilities

• Own revenue outcomes across a portfolio, meeting monthly/quarterly expansion quotas.
• Identify, qualify and execute upsell and cross‑sell opportunities with existing SMB partners.
• Proactively engage accounts through calls, video and face‑to‑face meetings to generate commercial opportunities.
• Analyse performance data to spot growth signals and build targeted action plans.
• Run consultative sales conversations, handling objections and guiding partners to the right solutions.
• Retain partners by increasing value, addressing churn risk and providing education.
• Build strong relationships with decision‑makers and collaborate with internal teams to remove blockers.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in outbound business development or quota‑carrying account management/sales.
• Proven ability to hit targets and stay motivated by revenue goals.
• Confidence in commercial conversations, pricing, negotiation and objection handling.
• Strong organisational skills to manage a high‑volume portfolio.
• Proactive, self‑starter mindset comfortable in a changing environment.
• Experience selling to small businesses and SaaS/platform exposure is a plus.
