About the role
The Account Manager supports the commercial team at Entertainment Partners, ensuring the day‑to‑day commercial and customer engine runs smoothly across Australia and New Zealand. The role blends sales drive, customer experience and the development of repeatable, scalable processes.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain Salesforce CRM and pipeline, ensuring accurate records and supporting lead sharing.
- Quote, contract and onboard customers, managing objections with commercial team support.
- Build and improve systems and processes for repeatable, scalable growth.
- Partner with Product & Technology, Services divisions and Executive Leadership to streamline workflows, including AI‑driven automation.
Required profile
- Background in media, agency, technology or SaaS environments; film/TV experience valued.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail across contracts, quotes and onboarding.
- Excellent customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
- Proactive, solutions‑focused approach to resolving customer issues.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with Salesforce CRM.
