Safety Professionals – Expression of Interest

About the role

ACCIONA is building a talent pool of safety professionals to support its growing infrastructure pipeline across Queensland. By registering your interest you will be considered for upcoming Safety Manager, Senior Safety Advisor, Safety Advisor and Safety Administrator positions on projects throughout the Brisbane region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support safety systems, processes and compliance according to the role level.
• Monitor site safety performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Support incident investigation, reporting and corrective actions.
• Coordinate safety inductions, training and toolbox talks.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
• Identify and escalate safety risks to project and site teams.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in safety, HSEQ or WHS roles.
• Experience within civil, rail or major infrastructure delivery is highly regarded.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholder relationships.
