Rural Real Estate Sales Representative

About the role

Elders Real Estate is expanding across Queensland and is hiring permanent, full-time Rural Real Estate Sales Representatives in Toowoomba, Townsville, Roma and Dalby. The role drives listing and selling opportunities by building client relationships and proactive marketing, using knowledge of real estate legislation and local industry experience. A market-competitive remuneration package is available, with flexibility depending on experience and sales history.

Key responsibilities

• List, market and sell properties
• Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current and future needs
• Participate in branch business development programs
• Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising
• Comply with professional standards and reporting requirements
• Help clients explore new opportunities with the Elders team
• Support promotional activities such as field days and community events

Required profile

• Real estate licence (or working towards one) and a current driver's licence (essential)
• Local real estate industry experience
• Ability to appraise properties and identify their strengths and potential, rural and residential
• Understanding of real estate legislation with attention to detail
• Excellent communication, organisational, negotiation and client relationship skills
• Team player who is enthusiastic, energetic, well organised and good at time management
