Executive, Sales and Investments

About the role

JLL is seeking an Executive, Sales and Investments to join its high-performing South Australian team. The role identifies and executes strategic sales opportunities that influence major investment decisions across the state's commercial property market, using JLL's technology platform and marketing capabilities to deliver data-driven insights and campaigns that outperform traditional sales methods.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sale opportunities through prospecting, database management, networking and relationship development
• Prepare property appraisals and vendor submissions with strategic marketing recommendations
• Negotiate agency agreements on commercial terms in line with current legislation
• Develop and run marketing strategies including information memoranda, digital campaigns and advertising schedules
• Maintain regular vendor communication through calls, reports and updates
• Coordinate due diligence and manage sale campaigns via auction, tender, expression of interest or private treaty
• Negotiate contract terms including price and settlement conditions
• Manage file documentation and CRM records in line with company standards and legal requirements
• Work with internal teams, external advisors and third-party providers to ensure smooth transactions

Required profile

• Current South Australian real estate license (Sales Representative or Agent's Representative)
• Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial real estate, corporate finance or professional services
• Demonstrated business development and client relationship management capability
• Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel throughout South Australia

Required skills

• Advanced Excel with financial modelling and analysis
• Preferred: CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and property marketing systems
• Preferred: knowledge of South Australian planning legislation, property valuation or investment analysis, and professional accreditation (CPV, AAPI)
