RTW/HR Coordinator - South-West Sydney

About the role

Redox, an ASX-listed raw material and ingredients distributor with 23 staff locations across Australia, New Zealand, Asia and North America, is hiring an RTW/HR Coordinator in its South-West Sydney area (Minto). The role takes ownership of the Return to Work (RTW) and injury management processes across the workforce, combining injury management, employee wellbeing and broader HR initiatives. It is a hybrid workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage workers' compensation claims in collaboration with insurers, brokers and rehabilitation providers
• Coordinate the end-to-end RTW process for work-related injuries and illnesses
• Maintain compliance with workers' compensation legislation and RTW obligations
• Support broader HR initiatives and ad hoc HR activities as required

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or a similar field
• Prior experience working within an HR team
• Sound understanding of workers' compensation legislation, claims management and return to work processes
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders
• Proactive attitude, strong organisational skills and sound problem-solving skills
• Eligible to work in Australia; successful applicants must pass a National Police History check
