Room Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour, you will be a key member of the Housekeeping team, ensuring each guest room is immaculate and welcoming. You will work in a vibrant, iconic setting with stunning harbour views, delivering the high‑standard hospitality that Accor is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean guest rooms, including changing linens, cleaning bathrooms and wiping surfaces.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping trolleys, keeping supplies organized and ready.
• Use cleaning materials safely and follow all health‑and‑safety protocols.
• Respect guest privacy and security at all times.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure a flawless guest experience.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a cleaner or room attendant is a plus.
• Warm, welcoming communication style that makes guests and teammates feel at home.
• Strong eye for detail and efficient time‑management skills.
• Physically able to navigate stairs and walk between rooms throughout the shift.
• Team‑oriented, collaborative attitude and reliable transportation.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
