About the role
A local civil construction project in Maryborough is looking for a Roller Operator / Civil Labourer to start as soon as possible. The position is casual, paid $44 per hour plus penalties and a daily travel allowance, and involves operating rollers under 12 tonnes on a road widening project.
Key responsibilities
- Operate rollers under 12 tonnes for ground compaction
- Work on a road widening project
- Spot machinery and assist with road building
- Handle signage and flagging, trenching, pit and pipe duties
Required profile
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
- White Card
- RII Roller License
- Previous experience in the above duties
- Reliability and good communication skills
Shift structure
Starts between 6:30 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday.
