Risk & Compliance Consultant / Associate Manager

About the role

Accenture's Risk & Compliance Services help leading financial services, government, utilities and telecom clients manage profitability, complexity and regulation. As a Risk & Compliance Consultant / Associate Manager, you will support the CRO agenda, leverage global resources and contribute to methodology and thought leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to risk and compliance projects, including operating models, process re‑engineering, regulatory compliance, internal controls reviews and risk governance.
• Support development of intellectual capital for Accenture's Risk & Compliance service line and assist in publishing thought‑leadership articles.

Required profile

• Minimum 3+ years consulting or advisory experience in financial services, government or utilities, preferably from a Big‑4 or assurance firm.
• Experience in one or more risk management capabilities such as financial crime, fraud, operational risk, regulatory change, financial risk, credit risk, technology risk or AI in risk management.

Required skills

• Proven experience with risk/compliance process design, re‑engineering or transformation.
• Excellent written and oral communication, strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
