Retail Store Manager - Homebush

About the role

Troocoo is partnering with Lorna Jane to recruit a Store Manager for its busy Homebush DFO store. The role is based in Homebush and is a hands-on leadership position where you run the store and lead a team of Retail Sales Assistants. It suits someone who can build a sales culture, develop their people and deliver strong commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of Retail Sales Assistants and shape a supportive team culture
• Drive commercial results across KPIs, average dollar spend and units per transaction
• Manage visual merchandising, stock and operational standards
• Run a smart, commercially aligned roster

Required profile

• Retail leader with strong commercial instincts
• Operational across visual merchandising, stock and store standards
• People leader able to build a lasting sales culture and loyal customers
• Genuine connection to the Lorna Jane brand
