About the role
Join ResMed’s Brisbane CBD store as a part‑time Retail Sales Assistant (also called Sleep Coach). You will help customers improve their sleep health by providing product advice and support.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing sleep‑health solutions.
- Document and process enquiries, product usage information and sales transactions.
- Collaborate with a small, dynamic team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a busy, multi‑tasking retail environment.
- Ability to stay calm, compassionate and solution‑focused under pressure.
- Strong communication and active‑listening skills.
Required skills
- Customer service and sales focus.
- Administrative ability to record and manage customer enquiries.
