About the role

This field‑based role involves meeting business owners, creating conversations, and building a territory with strong support, training and a clear career pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers through face‑to‑face prospecting.
• Generate qualified opportunities, proposals and manage a sales pipeline.
• Maintain consistent business development activity and represent the company professionally.

Required profile

• Result‑driven, motivated to achieve goals and comfortable meeting new people.
• Confident in starting conversations, resilient to rejection and self‑motivated.
• Coach‑able, eager to learn from experienced sales leaders and able to work independently.
• Previous experience in business development, field sales, door‑to‑door, real estate or similar customer‑facing roles is highly regarded.

What we offer

• $90,000 base salary plus superannuation and a $15,000 car allowance.
