Retail Sales Assistant (Full-time)

About the role

This full-time permanent position is based in Resmed's Brisbane City clinic, supporting customers on their sleep therapy journey. You will combine customer service, education and hands‑on clinical support while working closely with physicians and healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in‑store and over the phone.
• Conduct basic sleep assessments under clinical guidance.
• Fit and recommend CPAP masks and equipment.
• Educate customers and families on sleep health and therapy options.
• Provide ongoing support and follow‑up to help customers stay on track.
• Manage payments, stock levels and day‑to‑day clinic operations.
• Maintain a professional, organised and welcoming clinic environment.

Required profile

• Experience in retail, customer service or a people‑focused environment.
• A caring, patient and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence building relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills; healthcare experience is welcome but not essential.
