About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving account growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop sales plans that outline goals, tactics, and timelines for achieving sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and industry research.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Provide regular updates to management on sales activities, market trends, and competitive threats.
  • Negotiate pricing with customers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage the development and deployment of sales collateral and branding.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
