Retail Merchandiser – Flexible Part‑Time Role

About the role

CROSSMARK Australia is seeking a Casual Retail Merchandiser to work in Alice Springs and surrounding stores. The role is flexible, part‑time and designed to fit around school runs, appointments or other personal commitments. You will be responsible for building displays, supporting promotions and representing leading Australian brands.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain product displays in local retail outlets.
• Support in‑store promotions and brand activation activities.
• Ensure merchandising standards are met and report any issues to the store manager.
• Travel between stores using a reliable vehicle.

Required profile

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable car (no learner permits accepted).
• Availability to work 3‑4 days per week during business hours, including Wednesdays and Thursdays.
• Strong communication, organisational skills and self‑motivation.
• Ability to start work in the morning.

Required skills

• Safe driving and vehicle maintenance awareness.
• Basic understanding of retail environments and product placement.

What we offer

• Hourly rate of $34.34 plus $1.00 per kilometre travelled.
