Restaurant Supervisor – Fine Dining

About the role

Join Tilda, a celebrated fine‑dining restaurant within Sofitel Sydney Wentworth, as a Restaurant Supervisor. You will lead the front‑of‑house team, ensure seamless service, and help create memorable guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the floor during service, setting pace and standards for the front‑of‑house team.
• Mentor and develop junior staff, fostering pride in detail and hospitality.
• Own the guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving issues gracefully, and creating repeat‑visit moments.
• Support wine and beverage service in collaboration with the sommelier team.
• Partner with the Restaurant Manager on rostering, stock control, and daily operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising or leading a team in a fine‑dining or high‑volume premium restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong wine and beverage knowledge or a desire to develop it.
• Calm, confident leadership under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and service periods.
