Restaurant Manager – Lead & Motivate Teams

About the role

Grill’d is expanding rapidly across Australia and is looking for energetic Restaurant Managers to lead vibrant teams in fast‑casual dining environments. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence and community engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of 20‑50 staff members.
• Oversee daily operations including rostering, recruiting, stock control and compliance.
• Manage profit & loss, budgets and key performance indicators.
• Conduct regular check‑ins, performance reviews and talent pipeline development.
• Champion the Local Matters program by building relationships with community groups.
• Ensure food safety, quality standards and guest satisfaction are consistently met.

• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire large teams.
• People‑first mindset and a passion for developing staff.
• Ability to analyse financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.
