About the role
The Restaurant Manager will own the overall operation of a Guzman y Gomez outlet, driving exceptional customer experiences and ensuring financial performance. You will lead a high‑volume team, uphold quality standards, and manage inventory and budgeting.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day restaurant operations and maintain service excellence.
- Coach, train and develop team members to achieve high performance.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls.
- Monitor financial metrics, KPIs and drive profitability.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading teams in a busy hospitality environment.
- Strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to meet KPIs.
