Resourcing Partner (Retail Banking Recruitment)

About the role

Macquarie is hiring a Resourcing Partner through its recruitment arm, Hudson Talent Solutions, based in Sydney. Working as part of the Macquarie Recruitment Team, you will partner with client stakeholders and help the global recruitment team succeed. The role is end-to-end recruitment, with a focus on sourcing, attracting and assessing talent in retail banking or a related industry.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing, attracting and assessing top talent in retail banking or a similar field
• Delivering innovative attraction and sourcing strategies
• Providing advice and guidance on recruitment and talent acquisition, and supporting the business beyond the recruitment process
• Building credibility and trust with clients and stakeholders

Required profile

• Proven experience in volume recruitment in retail banking or a similar setting
• Strong background in retail banking and volume recruitment
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Strong client service ethic
