Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant – Defence

About the role

AustCorp, a wholly-owned Australian recruitment company founded in 1996, is hiring a Recruitment Consultant / Senior Consultant in Perth. The role focuses on supporting existing clients and growing its footprint across Australia in the Defence sector.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit permanent and fixed-term roles across Australia
• Business development, service delivery and stakeholder engagement
• Support clients across the whole Defence spectrum

Required profile

• 5+ years of recruitment consultancy experience, or 7 years' ADF (Army, RAN, RAAF) experience
• Operational or recruitment experience in the Defence sector, or in manufacturing, repair or assembly of shipbuilding, submarines, navigation systems, armoured vehicles, small arms, explosive ordnance, military equipment manufacturers, military components or military communications
• Clear National Police Check
• Interstate or 8+ years with Defence Tier 1s in the UK who wish to relocate to Perth can also apply

What we offer

• Base pay of $75,000 to $100,000 plus superannuation
• Commission up to 50% of fees, with annual career and salary reviews
• International incentive trips, ad hoc incentives and events such as EOQ, Melbourne Cup and Christmas, plus birthday leave
