About the role
Greystar is seeking enthusiastic property and hospitality professionals to join its expanding Melbourne portfolio. The role supports both Build‑to‑Rent (BTR) and Purpose‑Built Student Accommodation (PBSA) projects, including two new BTR developments in Fitzroy and Kensington.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery and management of residential property projects across Melbourne.
- Support day‑to‑day operations of existing communities and new developments.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure high‑quality resident experiences.
- Contribute to the growth of Greystar’s presence in the Australian market.
Required profile
- Passion for residential property and community management.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Melbourne and adapt to a fast‑growing environment.
