Workplace Experience Manager

About the role

The Workplace Experience Manager will lead on‑site operations for JLL’s Melbourne office and provide remote oversight for the Auckland site. You will manage a local team, ensure high‑quality facilities services, and maintain compliance with security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead on the ground in Melbourne and remotely for Auckland.
• Manage and mentor a team of three facilities staff.
• Implement front‑of‑house services, maintenance processes, and quality assurance audits.
• Source and manage vendors, ensuring contracts deliver value and meet compliance.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management reports and support technology roll‑outs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience in large‑scale facilities or portfolio management within a multinational environment.
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and matrix‑reporting abilities.
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis and vendor performance management.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and prioritize tasks.

Required skills

• Understanding of HVAC, fire protection, electrical systems and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Proficiency with facilities management software and data reporting tools.
