About the role
The Corporate Concierge (Guest Services Ambassador) is the first point of contact for employees and visitors at JLL's SAP office in Melbourne. You will create an energetic, warm, and engaging workplace experience while supporting facilities operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet employees and visitors, manage visitor sign‑in, and issue access cards.
- Maintain reception, meeting rooms, and client‑facing kitchen areas in pristine condition.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings, AV setup, and liaise with IT and vendors.
- Handle mail, courier deliveries, and pantry supplies.
- Support health & safety processes, incident reporting, and contractor management.
Required profile
- Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer‑service skills.
- Self‑motivated, flexible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Baseline/NV1 security clearance.
Required skills
- Familiarity with visitor management systems and basic audio‑visual equipment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and basic IT liaison.
