About the role

899 Collins is a new riverside build-to-rent community in Docklands, Melbourne, offering premium rental residences and resort-style amenities. As a Resident Experience Team Member you will be the friendly face of the community, making every interaction easy, warm and genuinely human.

Key responsibilities

• Provide warm, professional service to residents and guests, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support leasing and property tasks, including check-ins, inspections and apartment viewings.
• Take initiative in resolving resident concerns, with timely and thorough follow-through.
• Maintain strong working relationships with maintenance, cleaning and security teams.
• Uphold residents' rights, privacy and safety and contribute to emergency response procedures.

Required profile

• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a National Police Check.
• Completed Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC).
• Entry-level leasing experience.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Confident problem-solving and decision-making ability.
