Leasing Agent - 899 Collins

About the role

899 Collins is a new riverside build-to-rent community in Docklands, near Melbourne's CBD, offering premium rental residences and resort-style amenities. The team is looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent for a permanent full-time position. You will guide prospective residents from their first enquiry through to move-in, building rapport and showcasing the apartments and amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective residents through a supportive journey from first enquiry to move-in, making each interaction personal and warm.
• Showcase the apartments and amenities and bring the build-to-rent lifestyle to life.
• Manage and convert leasing enquiries to achieve occupancy and minimise vacancy.
• Support smooth move-ins and renewals to foster a connected community.
• Ensure accurate lease administration, compliance and presentation standards that reflect the premium brand.

Required profile

• Proven leasing experience in residential, commercial or retail property.
• Confidence conducting property tours and guiding applicants through the full leasing journey.
• Completed Cert IV in Real Estate / Agent's Representative Certificate (VIC).
• Unrestricted working rights in Australia and a National Police Check.

Required skills

• Strong organisation and follow-through.
• Comfort managing CRM systems and KPIs.
