About the role
The Reservation Agent is responsible for updating and managing guest reservations, supporting the Guest Relations Executive and working within a dynamic team beyond the Front Office.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, capture and process room reservation requests from all hotel channels and business segments.
- Monitor room inventory and ensure active upselling on every sales call.
- Apply established revenue management strategies and tactics.
Required profile
- Good computer skills, especially MS Office.
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive, can‑do attitude.
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Management is desirable.
