Rental Sales Agent – Gold Coast Airport

About the role

SIXT Australia is seeking enthusiastic Rental Sales Agents to be the first point of contact for customers at Gold Coast Airport. You will deliver friendly, professional service while handling rental agreements and inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Manage rental agreements and customer inquiries with a service‑oriented approach.
• Tailor offers based on a wide variety of vehicles and products.
• Efficiently process bookings and maintain customer data using SIXT’s tech platforms.
• Uphold SIXT’s premium service standards, compliance and operating protocols.

Required profile

• Experience in sales or customer‑service‑focused roles (retail, dealership, technology, insurance, real estate preferred but not essential).
• Willingness to work a rotating roster from 6 am to midnight, Monday‑Sunday, including holidays.
• Current provisional or full driver’s licence.

Required skills

• Ability to use booking and customer‑data platforms accurately.
• Strong organisational and detail‑oriented approach.
