Renewals Manager - Informatica

About the role

Join Salesforce’s team dedicated to driving healthy, long‑term customer relationships and sustainable revenue growth. As an Informatica Renewals Manager you will own the renewal process for a portfolio of accounts, engaging customers up to 180 days before contract end.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end renewals in partnership with Customer Success and Sales to retain and expand subscriptions.
• Analyze account usage data to identify gaps and drive renewal opportunities.
• Partner with Operations, Deal Strategy, Legal and Security to structure and finalize renewal negotiations.
• Identify renewal risk early and create mitigation plans.
• Engage customer decision‑makers to resolve roadblocks and finalize bookings before expiration.
• Drive upsell and multi‑year conversion opportunities.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, account management or customer support within a subscription/SaaS environment.
• Understanding of the renewals cycle, its complexities and how to achieve successful outcomes.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and long lead times.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Salesforce platform.
• Experience using AI‑powered tools for deal analysis and renewal recommendations (e.g., Salesforce Einstein, Agentforce, Slackbot, Claude, Gemini).
