About the role
Greencross Client Services is seeking experienced Veterinary Nurses to provide telephone triage, health advice and customer support for pet owners across Australia. This remote position allows you to use your clinical knowledge from home while supporting Greencross clinics nationwide.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional telephone triage and general pet health advice.
- Assist clients with appointment bookings and enquiries.
- Manage website enquiries and customer service requests.
- Support Greencross clinics nationwide and deliver pet health reminders.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences that promote positive patient outcomes.
Required profile
- Certificate IV in Veterinary Nursing.
- Minimum of 4 years’ veterinary nursing experience.
- Clinically confident with strong customer service focus.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make accurate telephone triage decisions.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow detailed processes.
Required skills
- Experience using RxWorks software.

- Flexible part‑time (25 hrs/week) 12‑month fixed‑term contract or casual arrangements.
- Competitive hourly rate of $32.70 AUD.
