Mercur connects top creative and technical talent with AI research labs. We are seeking a Remote Personal Health Expert with a Registered Nurse background to develop and evaluate health‑admin tasks for AI agents.

Key responsibilities

• Design long‑horizon health‑administration scenarios with deterministic rubrics to assess agent performance against verified ground truth.
• Create and test records for Visits, Medications, Labs, Payer interactions, and Documentation to ensure structured, accurate outputs.
• Evaluate medical timelines, medication schedules, and insurance appeals for consistency with known outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI research labs to improve agent evaluation in personal health navigation.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting deadlines while enhancing task quality and throughput.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Registered Nurse, patient advocate, medical assistant, or a comparable health‑literate role.
• Hands‑on experience with insurance appeals, payer navigation, lab result interpretation, medication management, or patient portal workflows.
• Ability to create and interpret personal health artifacts such as timelines and symptom logs.
• Strong written communication skills for articulating reasoning and encoding it into deterministic rubrics.
