About the role
This remote position is for a Client Engagement & Onboarding Consultant who will support communication and engagement across structured personal development and learning programs. The role is ideal for self‑managed professionals located in the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or the United Kingdom.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with individuals interested in structured learning programs.
- Share approved program information using established communication frameworks.
- Manage follow‑up, scheduling, and activity through digital systems.
- Participate in ongoing skills development and virtual training.
- Maintain professional standards within defined processes.
Required profile
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Confident using digital tools and online systems.
- Self‑motivated, organised, and accountable.
- Background in consulting, client support, education support, or sales is advantageous.
