Relief Night Manager

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Pullman Adelaide as a Relief Night Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing hotel operations during overnight shifts, acting as Duty Manager and representing senior leadership when the General Manager is absent.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations during 2‑3 overnight shifts per week, acting as Duty Manager.
• Manage late arrivals, early departures and guest inquiries with professionalism.
• Ensure safety, security and emergency procedures are followed.
• Conduct nightly audits, prepare operational reports and monitor public area cleanliness.
• Support and lead the night team to maintain premium service standards.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure continuity across shifts.
• Promote Accor Live Limitless (ALL) membership as a Loyalty Ambassador.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a front office leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a premium hotel setting.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional guest service and uphold operational excellence.
• Strong communication skills, cultural awareness and a calm, diplomatic approach to challenging situations.

Required skills

• High level of computer literacy, including Excel.
• Experience with Opera Cloud property management system.
